Core Service
Negative air containment, mechanical agitation, HEPA filtration. Then photographs of the ducts we actually opened, before and after.
Core Service
Most duct cleaning is a hose and a hope. Ours is a process. We put your home under negative air first, so the dust we loosen has one way out and it is not your living room. Then we agitate every branch mechanically, pull it back through HEPA filtration, and photograph the inside before and after. You see the same pictures we do. Lake effect winter keeps furnaces running from November into March, and a system that runs that hard recirculates whatever is already sitting in the ducts. If the system has never been opened, the first cleaning is the one that changes how the house smells.
The system is put under negative pressure before a single register comes off. Nothing we loosen ends up back in the room.
Inspection camera photos of the trunk and branches, before and after, handed to you at the walkthrough.
Red runners from the door, corner guards on the turns, pink shoe covers on every technician.

From Our Google Reviews
Alfredo and Sean were awesome. They completed an all day vent cleaning job without taking a lunch break. When they finished they cleaned up afterwards like they were not even here. They showed before and after photos of my vents. Would definitely recommend Luxe as they will be cleaning my carpets in a few months.

Every supply and every return in the house, not a sampled few. Registers and grilles come off and get washed. The main trunk lines are opened, agitated and vacuumed under negative air. The blower compartment, the coil face and the plenum all get attention. That is where the dust that reaches your lungs collects. We follow NADCA ACR standards for the method. We do not skip the parts you cannot see from the hallway.
Three to five years is the general guidance for a normal home. Pets, allergies, smokers, a recent renovation or a house that has changed hands push it sooner. Drywall dust from a teardown or a gut rehab settles into the supply trunk and comes back out of the registers for months. If you have just bought a place, the honest answer is that you have no idea what the last owner ran through that system, and the assessment will tell you in about twenty minutes.
We do not quote air duct cleaning over the phone, and we will tell you that on the call. The price moves with the number of supplies and returns, how the system is built, how many furnaces feed the house, how the runs are accessed and what condition they are in. An on site assessment gives you a real number for your house instead of an average for somebody else's. You get the figure before anyone starts.
