We are a member of the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce, and Frankfort work is run out of the Orland Park shop just up the road. The town gives us two kinds of job: newer subdivision homes and the older buildings along the historic downtown corridor.
Frankfort's newer subdivisions have the standard problems of their generation. Long flexible supply runs, laundry rooms placed for convenience rather than for the duct, and construction debris still sitting in the trunk of houses that are only a few years old. The historic downtown buildings are the opposite: old systems, mixed materials, and commercial tenants who cannot close for a week. Both get containment, HEPA negative air and documentation.
