Geneva is a short run from our St. Charles location, and it is one of the towns on our own job photo record. The historic district homes and the Geneva Commons retail corridor are two very different jobs that we run in the same week.
Historic Geneva houses were not built for ducted air, so what they have was added later and often added twice. Runs go through joist bays, closets and chases that were never meant to be opened, and cleaning them properly means cutting a real access and closing it properly. On the retail side, Geneva Commons units are dropped ceiling spaces with rooftop equipment, and the exhaust is usually the thing that has been ignored. Our team has completed documented aerial lift and boom lift operator safety training, which is what rooftop work requires.
