The interval is set from what the assessment found, not from a brochure. A visit covers the supplies, returns and trunks on the agreed scope. It covers the filter, and the filter gets changed. It covers the coil face and the blower compartment. And it ends with the same before and after set as a full cleaning. Everything follows NADCA ACR standards. You get the report either way, good news or bad.
