Commercial work is a different job from a house. Most of the difference is access, safety and paperwork. Our Owner and President has completed OSHA 30 Hour Construction Outreach Training. Our technicians have completed the OSHA 10 Hour course. The team also holds documented aerial and boom lift operator safety training. That is what lets us work a gym ceiling, a warehouse deck or a rooftop stack without stopping your operation.

Offices and professional suites. Schools and gymnasiums. Retail, restaurants and food service. Medical, dental and childcare. Warehouses and light industrial. Multi unit residential and laundromats, which are their own specialty. Hotels and banquet spaces. Each has its own constraint, and the walkthrough is where we find out whether the real problem is the ductwork, the exhaust or the way the building is being run.
Most commercial scopes are staged so the space stays usable. Containment goes up, HEPA negative air runs, and we work the areas in sequence. Where the work genuinely cannot happen in business hours, we schedule it around you. We use no subcontractors. The crew that walked the building is the crew that shows up, and they arrive with photo identification.
Square footage, the number of air handling units, how the runs are built, access height, containment requirements and how much of it has to happen outside operating hours. There is no useful phone number for any of that. The walkthrough is free of pressure and it produces a scope, a plan and a real figure. Bulk pricing is available for multi property portfolios.
