Why Elmhurst Systems Look the Way They Do
Elmhurst is home. Our headquarters sits at 864 Spring Rd.
Elmhurst is a teardown and rebuild town, and that shapes the work. New construction here runs long flexible supply runs through conditioned attics, and construction debris left in those runs is one of the things an assessment looks for. Drywall dust from a teardown or a gut rehab settles into the supply trunk and comes back out of the registers for months. The older stock west of York has the opposite problem: original trunk lines, decades of settled dust, and returns that were never sized for the way people heat a house now. The mature tree canopy loads spring filters fast in both.
