Residential and Commercial
Eight services, one crew, one process. Every one of them starts with an on site assessment and ends with documentation you can keep.
What We Do
Luxe Ducts of Chicago is a woman owned and led Certified Indoor Air Quality company. We work out of three locations in Elmhurst, Orland Park and St. Charles. Everything below runs the same way. Negative air containment. Mechanical agitation. HEPA filtration. Before and after documentation. Our cleaning follows NADCA ACR standards, our air quality work follows EPA guidance, and our field technicians hold QUADCA certification.
Chicagoland gives us four problems in rotation. Chicago bungalows and two flats built before 1950 run octopus and gravity ductwork that in many houses has never once been opened. Lake effect winter keeps furnaces running from November into March, and a system that runs that hard recirculates whatever is already sitting in the ducts. Spring pollen off the DuPage and Kane County tree canopy loads a return filter faster than most homeowners expect. Lakefront high rises and courtyard buildings share stacked dryer exhaust risers that clog well above the unit, somewhere no tenant can reach. Every service below is built around those, not around a generic checklist somebody else wrote.
Every Service
Each one has its own page, its own process and its own answer to what it costs.

Negative air containment, mechanical agitation, HEPA filtration. Then photographs of the ducts we actually opened, before and after.
See Air Duct Cleaning
The whole run, from the back of the machine to the wall cap, cleaned and photographed. Lint fires start in the part nobody can see.
See Dryer Vent Cleaning
We look before we quote. Every space is different, so the assessment comes first and the plan comes out of what we actually find.
See IAQ Assessments
One cleaning fixes today. A scheduled program keeps the system from getting back there, and puts the paperwork on your shelf instead of your to do list.
See IAQ Maintenance Program
Schools, offices, retail, restaurants, medical and industrial. Trained crews, elevated access, and a documentation set your file can use.
See Commercial
Unit by unit, riser by riser, with a documented set per address so the board and the owner both see the same thing.
See Property Management & HOA
Assess, clean, sanitize, seal. We go after the source instead of pushing a scent over the top of it.
See Odor & Contaminant Removal
An indoor air quality support service, not a standalone offering. Carpet holds what your ducts release, so we clean both or the job is half done.
See Carpet CleaningStart With the Assessment
That is exactly what the on site assessment is for. Call (630) 556-8943 or send the consultation form and a technician will look at the building and tell you what it needs, including when the honest answer is less than you asked for.
Two Ways to Start
Call or text either line, or send the consultation form further down this page.
The consultation form is at the bottom of this page. Jump straight to it.
Air duct cleaning is the core service and the one most people call about. Dryer vent cleaning is the one most people put off, and it is the one with a fire risk attached to it. Odor and contaminant removal handles smoke, pets, mustiness and construction debris, where the problem is a source rather than a dust load. Carpet cleaning is an indoor air quality support service that pairs with duct work rather than standing on its own.
Indoor air quality assessments come before everything. They are how we avoid quoting blind and how you avoid buying a service you do not need. The IAQ maintenance program is what keeps a cleaned system from loading straight back up, on an interval set from what your building actually showed. Our certification page lays out exactly what training sits behind both.
Commercial duct cleaning covers offices, schools, retail, restaurants, medical and industrial. The crews are OSHA trained and hold documented lift safety training for elevated access. Property management and HOA services handle shared dryer risers, common areas and turnover cleanings, scheduled by stack and documented unit by unit so the board gets one file instead of twelve phone calls.
All of it runs across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs across DuPage, Kane, Will and Cook Counties. Start with Chicago, Elmhurst, Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, Western Springs, Naperville, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, St. Charles, Geneva, Orland Park, Homer Glen or Frankfort, or see the full service area.
Send the consultation form or call (630) 556-8943. We will tell you which of these your building actually needs.

Get in Touch
Tell us about your space and we will call you back to book the on site assessment. We do not quote over the phone, because every space is different and a number given sight unseen is a guess.
