Eight services, and every one of them runs the same way. Negative air containment. Mechanical agitation. HEPA filtration. Before and after documentation.

Chicagoland gives us four problems in rotation. Chicago bungalows and two flats built before 1950 run octopus and gravity ductwork that in many houses has never once been opened. Lake effect winter keeps furnaces running from November into March, and a system that runs that hard recirculates whatever is already sitting in the ducts. Spring pollen off the DuPage and Kane County tree canopy loads a return filter faster than most homeowners expect. Lakefront high rises and courtyard buildings share stacked dryer exhaust risers that clog well above the unit, somewhere no tenant can reach. Every service below is built around those, not around a generic checklist somebody else wrote.

Indoor Air Quality Comes First

Indoor air quality assessments come before everything. They are how we avoid quoting blind and how you avoid buying a service you do not need. The IAQ maintenance program inspects your system on a schedule and cleans it when the inspection shows a reason. Our credentials page lays out exactly what training and standards sit behind both.

HVAC Restoration

HVAC restoration and contamination cleaning is HVAC system cleaning after fire, smoke, soot, construction dust or a water event. We work alongside restoration contractors, consultants and managers. We document every job for the file. It is cleaning only. We do not repair HVAC equipment, and we are not a mold remediation contractor.

Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning

Air duct cleaning is the best known of our services. Dryer vent cleaning is the one with a fire risk attached to it. Carpet cleaning is an add on that pairs with duct work rather than standing on its own.

Buildings, Boards and Portfolios

Commercial HVAC and air duct cleaning covers offices, schools, multi unit buildings, retail, medical and managed facilities. The crews are OSHA trained and hold documented lift safety training for elevated access. Property management and HOA services put shared dryer risers, common areas and turnovers on one recurring schedule, documented unit by unit, so the board gets one file.
